Philippe Ngwala

Philippe Ngwala Malemba is the National Coordinator of the Fonds Social de la République Démocratique du Congo (FSRDC) (Social Fund of the DRC), a role he has held since his appointment by presidential order in mid-2023. Under his leadership, the FSRDC has focused on community-driven development, sustainable social initiatives, and high-tech funding models, recently establishing a strategic partnership with Phoenix Capital B.V. to explore the tokenization of natural resources for social impact. Beyond his administrative role, he is a prominent academic and medical professional, serving as a Professor of Family Medicine and Primary Health Care with extensive research in public health, infectious diseases, and community health resilience in the DRC.
