Dr. Nkem Okeke, MD, MPH, MBA, MSPM, CCMP is an award‑winning physician executive, global health strategist, and entrepreneur with over 25 years of multidisciplinary experience spanning clinical care, healthcare systems transformation, technology/AI adoption, and industry‑driven innovation. 

Dr. Okeke is the Founder and CEO of Medicalincs and Healthlincs – healthcare organizations that support & advise healthcare leaders, payers, life sciences stakeholders, and public‑sector agencies on value‑based care, population health strategy, health tech, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth. Across her career, she has led large‑scale transformation initiatives within organizations with over $2 billion in revenue. These include - Johns Hopkins Health Plans, CMS, Kaiser Permanente, and Booz Allen Hamilton - generating over $150 million in cost savings and measurable improvements in care delivery and system performance. 

Beginning her career in clinical medicine, Dr. Okeke intentionally transitioned beyond the bedside, leveraging business, public health, quality improvement, and project management training to expand her impact at the intersection of healthcare delivery, innovation, and enterprise strategy. Her work reflects a deep understanding of how diverse career pathways across industry, policy, consulting, and entrepreneurship can shape the future of healthcare ecosystems. 

A trusted advisor and international keynote speaker, Dr. Okeke served as a faculty affiliate at Harvard Medical School & currently serves on multiple boards and advisory councils, including the Maryland Health Care Commission’s Primary Care Transformation Advisory Council and the Forbes Business Council, and Lasell Village.
