Dwayne L. Allen

Dwayne Allen is a Senior Executive Partner at Gartner, the world’s largest IT Research & Advisory company, providing advice to some of the world’s largest commercial and high-tech organizations. Prior to that he was Chief Technology Officer at Unisys, a global IT services company, for 5 years reporting to the CEO where he drove some of the strategic growth priorities of the CEO and Board, including many aspects of AI.  Prior to Unisys, Dwayne held IT executive roles at Microsoft, Masonite, Cummins, Fifth Third Bank, Wells Fargo, and Marriott International. His career also encompasses international breadth having worked in 15 countries (50+ cities) including business & IT engagement in Nigeria and South Africa.

Dwayne is currently on the board of directors at Cross Country Healthcare (NASDAQ: CCRN) and The Bancorp (NASDAQ: TBBK) is past board director of KPIT Technologies in Pune, India (NSE: KPITTECH).  He is also a member of the McKinsey Innovators Roundtable, Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, and has received several awards and recognition for his IT and board accomplishments.  Dwayne earned an MBA from George Washington University, a Bachelors degree from the University of Virginia, and completed the Yale University leadership program.
